| This little barrel racing piece was my painting for the 2007
Western Visions show at the National Museum of Wildlife Art. I was a
bit nervous about entering a rodeo work, given the venue, but my
sales box was stuffed full several times over (museum staff kept
emptying it). A number of artists whose work I admire told me how
much they liked the piece - what a great affirmation! I will
probably do this piece again in a larger format, because the action
is so terrific.
