| A seminal trip to Katmai National Park in Alaska years ago still inspires me when it comes to grizzly bears - Katmai is the quintesssential location to see the big bruins going about their summer business of stuffing themselves with fish. Here, a happy (and wet) bear and hapless salmon in the northern sunshine were fruit for my palette.
